Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Beat in egg and vanilla, then fold in the dry ingredients
- Chill the dough 30 minutes and cut shapes
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 9 minutes
