Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- Extra powdered sugar to roll
Instructions
- Beat butter, sugar and vanilla
- Mix in flour and pecans
- Roll into balls and bake at 350°F / 175°C for 14 minutes
- Roll in powdered sugar while warm, then again when cool
