Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar for icing
Instructions
- Make the dough with butter, sugar, egg and flour
- Roll out and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon
- Roll up and slice into rounds
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 10 minutes and ice
