Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Whisk cocoa, sugar and oil, beat in eggs and vanilla
- Stir in flour and baking powder, chill 2 hours
- Roll balls in powdered sugar
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 10 minutes
