Ingredients

• 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Cocoa powder
• Chopped nuts or sprinkles

Instructions

1. Heat the cream until steaming and pour over the chocolate
2. Stir in butter and vanilla until smooth
3. Chill 2 hours
4. Scoop, roll into balls and coat in cocoa
