Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup eggnog
• 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

1. Press crumbs and butter into a lined pan
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggnog, eggs and nutmeg
3. Pour over the crust and bake at 325°F / 160°C for 35 minutes
4. Chill 3 hours and cut into bars
