Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup, plus extra for glaze
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients gently
- Shape into a loaf on a lined pan
- Spread ketchup glaze on top
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 1 hour and rest 10 minutes
