Ingredients
- 1 spiral ham (8 lb)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp cloves
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 325°F / 160°C and place ham cut side down
- Cover with foil and heat 1 1/2 hours
- Simmer honey, sugar, mustard, butter and cloves into a glaze
- Brush on and bake uncovered 15 minutes
